Will I burn myself?
The wand has an auto shut off and the outer casing stays cool to the touch during use, so there's no exposed hot barrel touching your fingers the way a traditional iron has. It's built for people who've avoided curling irons for exactly this reason.
Do I need experience with curling irons to use this?
No. That's the whole point. The barrel rotates and pulls the hair in on its own, so you're not twisting or holding anything at an angle. Most first-time users get a usable curl within one or two tries.
Is there a warranty or return policy?
Yes. If your wand arrives faulty or stops working under normal use within 14 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge, just send us a short video showing the issue within 7 days of noticing it. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can also be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus the R90 delivery fee. If we send you the wrong color or item, let us know within 48 hours and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 10 to 15 business daysfor delivery. We personally hand-pack and dispatch every order via Aramex to make sure it arrives safely, which takes a little longer than big-box retailers, but means every wand is checked before it goes out.
